Household Membership
Created for households that live in Cornwall or have a qualifying adult household member who directly serves the Cornwall community.
If one adult in the household qualifies through residency, municipal employment or qualifying service to Cornwall, the household qualifies for Resident Family Membership.

Resident Family Membership is available to households residing in the Town of Cornwall or Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson.
A household may also qualify when an adult household member lives outside Cornwall but works for or directly serves the Cornwall community through:
Employment by the Town of Cornwall
Employment by the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson
Law enforcement serving the Cornwall community
Fire service serving the Cornwall community
Service as an EMT, paramedic or other first responder serving the Cornwall community
If one adult member of the household qualifies, the household qualifies for Resident Family Membership, regardless of where the household resides.
HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS
Please list the full name of each individual in your household who will be included under this membership.
VERIFICATION
Residency will first be confirmed using Image Mate Online.
If residency cannot be confirmed through property records, we may request a current utility bill or valid driver's license showing the qualifying member's name and eligible address.
Those qualifying through employment or service may be asked to provide appropriate identification or documentation confirming eligibility.
Verification may be completed in person or by email.
